Who is IamFritz?

Back in 2004 I was appriached by the Wilsonville Arts Council to create a logo for the upcoming Arts Festival. They asked if I could create a theme for the idea of the union between nature and technology. I immediately drew up the idea on a napkin which lead to this design.
The next year they would approach me again for a new logo, but a premanent one this time. The story of the design of that logo is carefully laid out in this page.
The design, though expressive, only has 4 elements: the electronic circuit board nodes, the circuit board wires, the leaf "bunches" and the trunk. All were created in Adobe Illustrator and combined, saved for Web and became seen all over Wilsonville for much of of 2004. It is an excellent example of the "Less is More" principle in art.
